Shipping

• We pride ourselves on our speed of delivery. Customers in most destinations should expect to receive their items within days.
• Goods will be dispatched within two business days after cleared payment. They will be sent via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with a tracking number provided.
• The estimated delivery time to the USA is 2~4 days and to most countries 3~5 days (customs clearance might occasionally delay the delivery).

• Orders shipped to the USA include duty and taxes at checkout and are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. No additional duty will be collected upon delivery by the shipping company.
• Due to the current situation and recent changes made by US Customs (CBP), all shipments to the USA are sent via FedEx. We will resume shipping with DHL and UPS once the import process becomes smoother with these companies.

• Any charges due to import duty and local taxes are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• These charges may be collected by the delivering freight company depending on the destination.
• Please check with the respective authority to determine if any excess charges may be applicable.
